主旨：公示送達被告阮氏玉蓉即NGUYEN THI NGOC DUNG之起訴狀及家事追加訴之聲明狀繕本（含中文、英文譯本）、言詞辯論期日通知書各 1 份。
 
依據：家事事件法第 51 條（家事事件法第 97 條準用非訟事件法 31 條、）準用民事訴訟法第 149 條第 1 項第 1 款（第 150 條）、第 151 條及第 152 條。
 
公告事項：
  一、依據本院受理113年度婚字第1號離婚等事件辦理。
  二、應送達之起訴狀及家事追加訴之聲明狀繕本（含中文、英文譯本）、言詞辯論期日通知書，現由本院書記官保管，被告阮氏玉蓉即NGUYEN THI NGOC DUNG得於庭期前隨時到庭領取。
  三、本件定於中華民國113年8月28日上午9時30分，在本院南投簡易庭第一法庭（法院地址：南投縣名間鄉彰南路356之7號）開言詞辯論庭，被告應按時到場。
 

Announcement: 1. This court accepts divorce and other matters related to Marriage No. 1 of 2013. 2. The copy of the indictment that should be served, the declaration of additional family action (including Chinese and English translations), and the notice of oral argument date are now in the custody of the clerk of this court. The defendant Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung, that is, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Dung, can obtain it from Come to the court to collect it at any time before the court date. 3. This case is scheduled to be heard at 9:30 a.m. on August 28, 113, in the first court of the Nantou Summary Court of this court (court address: No. 356-7, Zhangnan Road, Mingjian Township, Nantou County).
